Front of House – Cashiers
It’s amazing how many people delight in being terrified. And as one of our
Cashiers, you’ll get to see that for yourself. You’ll take in all the
excitement of being front of house whilst selling admission tickets and guidebooks to
visitors in a friendly, and slightly mysterious, manner.
Retail/Shop Assistants
It’s not easy picking out the perfect gift. Especially when you’re still
scared out of your wits. With this in mind, you’ll make sure all public areas are
well stocked and ready for opening, while taking visitors through the products on
offer.
Photo Assistants
While there might be plenty more screams than smiles, visitors to The Dungeon still want
to be reminded of their trip. And our photography service is there to do just that. As
Photo Assistant, you’ll provide a first class photography experience to every
visitor, encourage customers to have their photograph taken and to actively sell
photographs.
Displays/Maintenance Assistants
We like to keep our visitors on their toes, shocking them at every opportunity. But one
surprise we don’t want is our effects not working at the right time. A key part of
The Dungeons experience, you’ll maintain our displays, seeing that all effects,
including gags, smoke machines and flame baskets, are in full working order. When
required, you’ll carry out repairs and create new effects and themed displays,
while at the same time enhancing and maintaining existing areas.
Catering Assistants
We like cooking up a storm here at The Dungeons. And we’re not just talking about
terrifying our visitors. We also offer fantastic catering facilities, too. Responsible
for the smooth and efficient running of all outlets, we’ll satisfy their appetite
for the macabre and you’ll look after the rest.
Marketing Coordinator
Such is the great job we do here at The Dungeons, word of mouth is often marketing
enough. But to make sure everyone has the opportunity to share in the terror of our
experience, we make do all we can to spread the word of what we do. As such, you’ll
create high profile promotions with national partners and deliver innovative
‘quirky’ PR plans.
